In our daily life, we are faced with stress: pressure at work, commitments, opposite points of view, worries, tension etc.
How can we face all of this, or better still, how can we avoid being overwhelmed and frustrated by it all?
Less stress in our life is possible. What does this involve? What can we do to achieve this?
During this workshop, we will take time to find some answers to these questions.
We will look at the important keys which are related to who we are, with our inner strength and resilience to face the obstacles and difficulties that confront us daily.
