Towards Freedom in my Relationships

This workshop will focus on how to better manage difficulties in relationships.

(3 day in-person workshop)

The aim of this workshop is to help you understand what underlies some relationships: the phenomenon of transference and sometimes of counter-transference.

This phenomenon creates a certain unhealthy dynamic in relationships, which needs to be addressed if the relationship is to be sustainable.

This applies to both personal and professional relationships where these problems occur.

Objectives:

In this workshop you can except to:

- Further clarify your experience in relationships;

- Better understand the phenomenon of

transference and of counter-transference;

- See how to use difficulties to promote your

capacity to grow in yourself and in your

relationships.
